XanGo Compensation Plan Review

August 28th, 2009

XanGo is a worldwide marketer of mangosteen based juices and other personal care products. It has also developed a simple and effective compensation plan which has attracted more than a million distributors across the world. There are only 4 ways in which you can earn commissions from selling the XanGo products.

• Retail profits: The philosophy is simple. You purchase the products at wholesale prices which are a lot cheaper than retail prices and then sell the products at retail prices. You make a profit which is yours to keep. Basically, you need to direct your customers to purchase the products from your personal XanGo website. All such sales are automatically logged under your name and the profit is accrued to you.

• Power Start: This is nothing but a fast start bonus which is paid to the distributor to reward him for his initial sales. If you are able to get a minimum of 100 PV of sales within the first 30 days of becoming a XanGo distributor, you are eligible for this Power Start Bonus of 20%. However, if you are able to get a customer on automatic delivery program of 1 case of XanGo products, you can earn 30% commission. The Power Start bonus is only given up to a maximum of 1000 PV of sales.

• Unilevel commissions: XanGo pays out 50% of all commissionable volume of the sales every month. 47% is paid through 9 compressed levels and 3% is paid through a global bonus pool. Depending on your rank in the hierarchy, you are paid commissions up to a different level in your downline. If you are just a XanGo representative, you receive 5% of your 1st and 2nd level downline. When you move to a preferred representative, and finally to a premier position, you receive commissions up to 9 levels deep.

• Bonus Pools: If you qualify as a Premier Representative or above, then you are eligible for a share of this pool. This is 3% of all commissionable volume every month. The qualifying criteria include a combination of personal sales, minimum group volume, and minimum personally sponsored distributors.

I believe that the above plan is one of the simplest in the industry and very achievable and therefore it attracts thousands of people to join as representatives. And combined with the fact that XanGo offers a great range of quality products, the XanGo opportunity is quite profitable.

The Aim Companies Compensation Plan Review

August 25th, 2009

The Aim Companies market barley juice based nutritional supplements and personal care items with a huge network of distributors in the US and Canada. Since 1982 when the founders Dennis Itami and Ron Wright started sharing the benefits of the barley powder, the company has attracted a large number of entrepreneurs with its rewarding compensation plan.

Joining the AIM opportunity is easy. It just needs a $25 one time initial membership fee which can be waived if you purchase AIM products worth 50BV. As an AIM member, you can order products at wholesale prices and sell them at retail prices earning a retail profit. If you order in bulk, you can make an additional saving of 10-12%. Express customer prices, however, are 30% more than wholesale prices. Your business grows as you share these products with interested people and when interested people join the opportunity when they see the earning potential.

As an AIM Member, you are eligible for a Smart Start bonus of 20% when you sponsor a new member who places an order with the company. As you keep meeting qualifying requirements of sales, you are moved up the company ladder. You grow first to a preferred member, then to a product consultant, group builder, associate director, and finally a director. At each level, you earn more percentage of the sales of your team members. For instance, at the consultant level, you earn 9% commissions of your personally sponsored members and 6% from other members in your downline; while at the director level, you earn 18% commission from all the members in your downline at the level of ‘members’.

Beyond the director level, there are 4 levels of promotion – star sapphire director, royal emerald director, blue diamond director and chairman’s club director. Great network marketing companies always have in place a leadership bonus to reward exceptional performers. The AIM companies also have 3 such leadership bonuses – the director growth bonus pool, director 3-deep bonus pool and elite leadership bonuses.

The company has a devised a success formula for its distributors which it dubs as the USSBT – use AIM products, share them through contacts and advertising, sponsor others to build the network, build long term relationships with your prospects and customers and teach others to replicate the model.

In addition, there are the company sponsored seminars and conventions which are ideal places to connect with other AIM distributors and learn from them. The compensation plan of AIM companies is stable and proven through years of operation and is one of the better ones in the industry.

Numis Network Compensation Plan Review

August 21st, 2009

Numis Network is a one of its kind MLM opportunity with a unique product – rare and collectible coins. Regular coins have regular value but old and rare coins have more value and can become a product in itself. Collecting coins can be a hobby, an investment and also a business with the Numis Network. The Numis Network compensation plan allows you to earn income in 4 different ways.

• Commissions: Whenever you get people to purchase coins from you or from your website, you earn commission income. There are 2 kinds of customers – the one off customer who purchases one time and the preferred customer who is on an auto ship program. The preferred customer gets a discount on his purchases. Numis takes care of all the shipping and order processing.

• Binary downline: The compensation is designed as a binary organization in which there are 2 people below you – one in your left leg and one in your right. It is not required that you personally enroll them but you become their sponsor even if someone else enrolls them. A Numis distributor is called the Independent Collector Representative and he can be an enroller and a sponsor. You get paid commissions on the total bonus volume generated by your downline up to unlimited levels. You earn $30 cycle bonus for each 300 BV in your weaker leg. However, you are eligible to receive commissions only if you maintain at least one active representative in your right and left leg.

• Matching bonuses: Apart from the binary structure, an enroller organization chart is also prepared which consists of your personally enrolled representatives and their personally enrolled representatives. You earn a matching bonus on all your personally enrolled first generation representative’s binary cycle bonuses.

• Collector bonuses: If you take the optional Collector training program at $125, you can become training qualified ICR. However, if you can acquire 20 unique customers, retail or preferred, then you automatically become a training qualified ICR. Now you are eligible to earn fast track bonuses and coded collector bonuses as an additional income stream. You can earn $50 whenever you recruit an ICR who purchases the training program. In addition, you also get the 1 star and 2 star coded bonuses as you get more people enrolled for the training program.

I believe that the Numis Network compensation plan offers several lucrative options for earning money by selling coin collections and if coins matters even a little for you; this opportunity might be a good investment.

Lifemax Compensation Plan Review

August 20th, 2009

Lifemax is the miracle seed company which offers the product Mila made from the Salvia hispanica L. seed known to have unusually high concentrations of antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids and other minerals. The product is available through the MLM channel through a network of distributors. lifemax also offers a compensation plan which is designed to help its distributors earn short term as well as long term income.

There are 3 main sources of revenue in the maximizer compensation plan of lifemax – transactional income which is the short term income that helps you in the initial stages of your businesses, transitional income which you earn as you grow through the various levels of leadership and residual income which is the long term income which rewards you perpetually for the work you are doing now.

Getting started with the lifemax opportunity is easy. All you need is an annual fee payment of $69.95. There is no requirement for you to purchase the products if you have to recommend and grow your direct sales business. You can earn retail profits through customers and preferred customers. However, it is recommended that you purchase a minimum quantity of the lifemax product if you want to activate your business and start earning activation bonuses. When you personally sponsor other distributors, you can earn product activation bonus when the distributor also purchases the products. There are 3 choices of product packs – the silver pack with 6 packs of Mila costing $270, the Gold pack of 24 packs of Mila costing $1080 and the platinum pack of 80 packs of Mila costing $3600.

Once you are qualified, you need to remain active and ensure that both your left and right leg distributors also remain active by generating at least 60 BV of through sales. Apart from the retail profits and product activation bonuses, there are the group volume bonuses which pay 10% of the commissionable volume of the sales from the lower revenue generating leg; a business partnership bonus which pays a matching amount whenever a personally sponsored distributor earns a group bonus. The business partnership bonus varies from 10% to 50% depending on your rank.

There are a number of other bonuses given by lifemax to encourage the distributors to help their team to succeed. These include the mentor bonus, developer bonus, maximizer bonus and the senior leadership bonus. I believe that the product Mila has a great promise and any entrepreneur who is willing to work sincerely with the lifemax opportunity can make a fortune for himself.

August 20th, 2009

iJango is a MLM company with some great names promoting it. Chairman Stephen Smith is well known in the network marketing industry as a Texas Maverick who brought the MLM model to sell services instead of products and was responsible for the huge success of Excel communications. Rayner Smith, the CEO has a degree in business management from Neeley School of business and also has a lot of experience in the network marketing industry. Chief Financial office Tom Brown, Chief Information officer Richard Engineer, and Director of marketing and communications Tanya Smith make up the other members in the management.

iJango started in the summer of 2009 and has grown massively in a viral manner. As an iJango distributor, you can earn money every time someone you know searches the online world and shops for products and services. You also earn every time someone you know uses the internet. Basically, when you become an iJango independent distributor, you get a personal iJango web portal which also has an iJango toolbar. Whenever someone you have registered as a customer on your site purchases services or products using your site or the toolbar, you get paid commission. You can also recruit other distributors under you and earn a share of the sales they generate.

iJango offers a single portal interface to all your internet needs. From a single site you can not only access search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN Bing but also shopping sites like eBay, itunes, zappos and others. You can also make iJango your hub for social networking by accessing all of Facebook, Twitter and MySpace from iJango. You get a referral code like http://referralcode.ijango.com to promote. Any one joining iJango using this referral code will automatically get registered under you and whenever he or she makes a purchase, you get paid.

You can join iJango in 2 ways – either as an affiliate or as a Director. Affiliates can join with refundable $50 deposit while Directors can join only after paying $389.35 for the first year and $239.40 per year after that. However, directors have more benefits as compared to affiliates. iJango generates revenues through 2 ways – shopping and browsing. Almost 30-40% of the shopping revenues are given back as commissions. Browsing also generates revenues through page views, watching videos, searches and others. You can earn qualified director bonus if you enroll someone at the director level and he gets 3 customers in the first month. There are further levels of growth such as regional director, national director and international director. So overall, iJango is a great opportunity for people who know how to attract online traffic to their site.
