Can Autosuggestion Really Help With Your Subconscious Mind?

October 14th, 2008

If you are not familiar with the term autosuggestion, it is something you truly will want to study up and involve in your life. It may be a little wild for you initially, but the rewards are indeed awesome over time.

Essentially, it is a mental training process (don’t get scared) that allows you to train the subconscious mind to accept positive beliefs. It can have an extremely powerful affect on your personal life and business life if done properly.

How Exactly Does This Whole Process Work?

Autosuggestion is based entirely off of the concept of repeated suggestions. All this is really is the process of setting goals, habits and personal belief systems to work off of.

This method is approached through communication between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. As the subconscious mind receives a series of repetitive statements from the conscious mind that act as affirmations, the subconscious mind acts on these suggestions without questioning them whatsoever. Imagine the possibilities!

As soon as these suggestions are generated from the self, it is referred to as autosuggestion. There are several examples of this that you probably do without even realizing it with business work and your personal life.

Things like repeating affirmations out loud, putting down affirmations on paper and listening to a self-recorded tape of autosuggestions are all prime examples. They give us the motivation and confidence needed to get through life happy and successful.

Here are a few examples you may want to repeat aloud every morning and every night to start getting your mindset right:

  • I am the leader people are seeking
  • I exercise daily because wealth without health is useless
  • I will control my temper today
  • I will not spend a lot of major time with minor people

Basically, just state whatever it is you need to improve in your life.

Battling Negativity

Without applying this process to your life, you will likely end up being influenced by negative thoughts and ideas. The Debbie Downers and Negative Nancy’s of the world are never far away.

For instance, on a daily basis you probably hear a plethora of negative comments coming from co-workers, friends and family. You know the type. Always addicted to the drama. Always complaining about something. Everything from the economy struggling to how difficult it is to make it in life can be brought up over and over again…

Unfortunately, this shapes your mind over time if you allow it. It can influence you in a negative way and, quite bluntly, cripple you mentally by filling your own life with negativity. If you do not practice this mental training process, you can fall victim to these negative connotations.

In order to live a happy and fulfilling life, it is vital you practice this autosuggestion on a daily basis. It will allow you to avert any negative connotations you may face on a daily basis and allow you to live your life free of debt, negativity and fear. Try it!

1 Great Habit That Creates Increased Profits

September 25th, 2008

You can do just enough to get by, or do things just so, but to get that 104 out of 100 score, and benefit from all of the riches associated with it, but sometimes you need to … go that extra mile.

Nature even proves that going the extra mile pays off a lot more than you ever put into it! Farmers clear, plow, and plant. For every grain seed he plants, a plant blossoms and grows with many more seeds.

That is known as the Law of Increasing Returns. If you give more, you get more.

It’s a good habit for you to start developing immediately in all aspects of your life. It’ll take some time, of course, especially if you have some lazy bones, but just start developing the habit immediately!

When Charles Schwab worked for Andrew Carnegie as President of the U. S. Steel Corporation, he was paid $75,000 a year “for the work he actually performed” plus a bonus of $1,000,000 “for his willingness to go the extra mile, thus setting a fine example for his fellow workers.” Imagine that, a million dollar bonus, and that was 75 years ago!

See how well that one good habit can created increased profits?

If you develop the habit of going the extra mile, you will have the reverse habit of receiving increased returns every time!

And remember, you deserve to have it all.
